We understand how you feel about changing schools. And we know how important this is to you. Our primary goal throughout the enrolment process is to make the transition into Swinburne as successful as possible. In order for us to achieve this we need some information from you.
When providing this information you should be as open and honest as you can. Tell us everything that may be relevant. Be assured that the information you are providing will assist us with your enrolment. We can only do this if we know how we can support you at this important stage of your education.
Working through the enrolment process is not particularly onerous and should take around 45 minutes. You must complete the following steps in sequence:

STEP 1. COMPLETE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR VCE & VOCATIONAL MAJOR 2023 – NOW OPEN!
Click on the button below to submit your Expression of Interest.
STEP 2. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FORM
Once you have submitted your Expression of Interest form you will receive an automatic reply from us with a link to complete this step.
STEP 3. ENROLMENT INFORMATION FORM
This can only be done once you have completed your Supporting Documents form and have receive an automatic reply from us with a link to complete this step.
STEP 4. ENROLMENT STATUS UPDATE
After you complete the above steps and a year level manager has reviewed your enrolment application, you will be contacted by the college with an enrolment status update and ask you to provide your subject selections for 2023.
STEP 5. FINALISE ENROLMENT
Once you have received an enrolment offer from us you will be required to attend the college to review paperwork and sign off on documentation, please allow half an hour for this process. Students must be accompanied by one parent or guardian.

Bring Your Own Device Program (BYOD Program)The BYOD program at Swinburne Senior Secondary College is focused on providing students with tools and resources along with high-level technical support allowing students to work to their full potential and develop essential learning habits with the support of digital tools. For a successful BYOD program to run, it is crucial that students bring their devices & power adaptors to school each day ensuring they take advantage of the digital technologies on offer at the college.
The school’s BYOD portal is now open with a select range of notebooks to choose from: NOTE: It’s not compulsory to use the portal and student’s can bring their current devices or shop elsewhere, but please make sure that you have a suitable device for your coursework which may vary depending on which subjects you have chosen.
